"Screen was off of window. Housekeeping missed scheduled cleaning day twice. One Ice Maker not operating the 11 days we stayed. Only other Ice Maker had problems 10% of the time. "

"Room was clean staff was great what more could you ask for thank you we will more than likely be staying again. "

"Decent hotel with the amenities you'll need, and it isn't too far from local attractions. The staff is nice and accommodating, the room was clean, and the included breakfast was sufficient to get the day started. Overall, we had a good experience."

"Beautiful property in a secluded area amongst the mountains. Great views, pools and food. Service was really great."

"Couldn’t use the pool because the geese were using it. Couldn’t use the hot tub because it was dirty. Couldn’t use the fridge because it didn’t cool and froze because the air conditioner was wack! So, no I would not recommend this establishment and by the way I did let them know about the issues and no, nothing was resolved!"
