"Very cheap and there’s a reason for it. You can tell it wasn’t cleaned before we stayed there because there was a deodorant lid right next to the bed and an old soap in the shower. "

"I thought this was a wonderful place to stay. We had a room in the East Yavapai Lodge 2nd building. The room was clean and quiet. We opted for no daily cleaning, but if we needed an item or something thrown away the staff was always accommodating. I thought the food was really good. It is a more cafeteria style, but the selections were delicious and portions quite big. My husband and I often split breakfast, lunch and dinner. An entree plus a salad was plenty. One day we ate lunch at the El Tovar and I thought the food there was mediocre compared to the Yavapai. I highly recommend staying here. Great location for your Grand Canyon vacation. "

"Loved all the shuttle buses and a bus stop right outside the hotel. Hotel is located a short walk to the Bright Angle Trailhead making it easy to hike in the morning."

"Casino and hotel were both very clean. Staff was very personable and courteous. Spa was great, enjoyed a massage and facial! The West Pool needed to be cleaned as lots of little gnats, birds poo, and clumps of hair floating around. Stay away from the Blue Coyote Cantina. Food was very mediocre. Everywhere else the food was pretty good!"

"This was a fun resort to stay out. Very unique design being built into the. There was construction going on near my building so I just used the adults only pool in the center of the resort. Loved the restaurant A Different View but wished they were sitting outside. We could go onto the patio for pictures though. The sunset was amazing. There was a large corporate group the first night I stayed there that was loud but the second night was more calm. Staff members were nice and responsive to questions."
