"Great location on the beach and easy access to everything you need . Everywhere was very clean. Spacious room but dated decor. We also overlooked the building work in the neighbouring hotel and patio doors not particularly sound proof. Did have a sea view from balcony which was great. Lots of wardrobe and draws plus free safe and aircon. Bathroom more modern. Pool area is spacious and not issue getting beds. Buffet breakfast had lots of choices to accommodate all. "On your website it was Wi-Fi included, but it never worked. Mine was a working holiday but I couldn’t do any work. Reported several times to reception but were given lame excuses. I missed a lot and had to reschedule my appointments. Not very happy."

"H10 Big Sur is an adult only hotel, situated on the sea front at the quiter end of Los Cristianos . Everything about the hotel is to a high standard. All the staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them to help you. Good variety of foods at meal times, some buffet and others fresh cooked. "Wonderful from start to finish! We are already planning our return trip for next year. Hotel staff always on hand to assist, Guest Experience booked our excursions and when we asked if it was possible to move rooms to get the evening sun on our balcony they were very accommodating, as promised the very next morning we moved rooms! "All the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the hard so but happy team in the restaurant!! The rooms were tired and basic but ok, air con was ok! The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!"

"The club Alexandria room was perfect - so spacious with lovely large comfy beds and nicely presented. We had bathrobes and slippers too and a fantastic pool view room. Hotel in a super position, away from noisy areas but within easy walking distance of everything we wa ted. Absolutely loved it."
