"Pros: If you have high expectations from seeing the pictures, you are right so. The finca lives up to them easily. Its the old family home and you can see how much love and care went into everything for an enjoyable stay for guests. The owner and his mother are very attentive, but in a restrained manner and provide helpful information on beaches, restaurants, etc. The finca is about 4 km outside of the nice city of Artà. "Pros: Pool, outdoor terraces, close location to Arta and beaches (driving distance). Very friendly and responsive host. Cons: Cooking equipment could do an upgrade eg pans, pots, cutlery, given the otherwise premium price of the place."

"Pros: Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat einen tollen Pool. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist auch sehr gut. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Cons: Das dritte Bad ist nicht im Haus sonder am Pool. Wir hatten sehr viele Mückenstiche obwohl in den Schlafräumen Insektenschutz sich an den Fenstern befindet. Man sollte sich da vielleicht vorbeugen mit einem Spray einsprühen."

"Felt very private and located 10mins walk from the town beach and restaurants. Quiet neighbourhood with easy parking and dramatic backdrop of mountains. Lovely property and pool was a huge bonus. Air conditioning in main room and fans in bedrooms made it comfortable. Well equipped kitchen."

"Der Aussenbereich ist schön, mit Grill. Im Garten stehen überall Orangen- und Zitronenbäume, die Petro (Besitzer) pflegt und hegt. Wir durften seine feinen Orangen, Zitronen pflücken und geniessen. Nur würden wir ein nächstes Mal in der wärmeren Zeit das Haus mieten, wo man draussen sein kann, da Eingang/Esstisch/Wohnraum nur 1 kleiner Raum ist und eng war um abends sich dort aufzuhalten (zum Essen, Wohnen..). Petro war sehr hilfsbereit, wenn was war. "

"Pros: Lovely host, very easy and friendly to communicate with. The cats and dogs present at the location. The location itself is fantastic. Close to Artá (which had everything you could need), fresh fruits and eggs, ... Cons: We had bad luck with the weather, which meant the pool wasn't an option. But that's not anything the owners can decide."

"Very nice and quiet place. Family-friendly with a slide and a swing. Bonus point: Pep is a super host :)"

"Pros: Die Lage mit Sicht aufs Meer war grandios. Sehr ruhig und tolle Sonnenaufgänge. Die Outdoor Küche ist super. Der Pool gross und sauber. Wir würden sofort nochmals buchen. Cons: Nichts zu bemängeln"
