“They made us wait in the lobby until 4:00pm to give the room. We arrived around 1:30pm, had lunch, had a drink at the bar. Still made us wait until exactly 4:00pm for the room. Food at the property was average in my opinion. Overall it was a very nice trip, beach was awesome. I was just expecting a little bit more for paying the premium staying at the Ritz.”

“It might have been nice at one time, but if small showers, roaches, worn out carpet, doors that don’t open or hanging on by loose bolts then this is your place. After 2 day smell of mold in room you could tell was there. The adult pool was not big, and no lay out chairs in the sun, all covered by shades so you have to go hang with kids to get sun. Food and alcohol was good, however when you have all inclusive you have to sign for every drink or food you take. Aruba is nice, this might have been……
