“Best service ever! This was our second visit to Aruba and chose the Ritz Carlton this visit and it did not disappoint. We have never stayed at a resort where all service employees went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Beautiful property and best restaurants to dine. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and received an upgraded room and other amenities upon arrival. We will definitely come again.”

“This was our 5th time staying here. It’s not the fanciest but we love the location, the pools and the beach. We never do all inclusive because there are so many amazing restaurants on the island. The staff was very nice except there’s a rude kid at the towel place by sea tower. I’m not sure why you can only have one towel. You put one down to sit on because the beach chairs are not the most comfortable it gets soaked and you have nothing to dry yourself with! For some reason, our room was only……

“Property was beautiful. Wifi was in and out. Customer Service communication was poor. We were approved for lat checkout but they still called and said we were late at 11:30 am. Tony's Pizza was good.”

Looking back, I would have rather booked an excursion to the island than stayed at this property.
