“The staff is nice and the room is comfortable”

“Stayed at Genting Hotel for 1 night as was visiting Birmingham for friend's wedding, and my husband and I had an incredible time! The room was lovely, spacious with a really comfortable bed and ESPA toiletries, the spa was also a lovely treat in the morning, but the highlight had to be the staff! Especially Tamzin, I called reception late at night as I had been caught out (if you know what I mean), and she came up to my room with a little goodie bag full of feminine hygiene products, as well as……

“Staff were very attentive and informative from reception through to the bar and restaurant. We ate in the bar and the food was excellent. The room was small (twin room) but very clean and modern. The beds were perfect for both my mother and I, and we had a great sleep with o noise. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again.”

“Maybe we stay at the hotel on Sat, it was very noise downstair until midnight, becasue there is a amusement opposite to the hotel. the car parking is very limit, not easy to get the parking in the hotel. The room is not very clean. The receptionest will not let you feel welcome. ”

“Warm welcome at reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean as was the bathroom. As it was Christmas, they left a box of Quality Street in the room for us. Nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good. Value for money.”
