「Excellent service. Very clean. Very easy to find and correct instructions. Loved our stay there!」

「Location is excellent ,50 meters from Ermou street. Equivalent to a 5 star hotel without the hotel facilities. Directives as how to check-in were very clear and got a prompt reply from their customer service for some technical issue with the hairdryer that was immediately solved. Top value for money! Highly recommended for those who want a 5 star room without having to pay the price of a 5 star hotel.」

「The staff were nice and helpful. They also had socialising and activities but as we were only there one night we didn’t go. The common areas were decorated with cool furniture and were quite spacious. The room had what we needed. They were kind enough to let us store our luggage and access it multiple times either side of our stay so we could see the city more easily. The area was very nice and had lots of outdoor cafes and restaurants. We walked to the Acropolis and other sight seeing. 」

「The property is very accessible to everything: lots of restaurants & coffee shops around the hotel to choose from. Although we didn’t use the metro, it was also very close to a station. The apt style suite that we stayed in looks like it was newly remodeled with a kitchenette. Another plus is that there were a lot of available outlets (electrical) around the room. 「Great location for access to tourist sites and restaurants; super helpful staff; lovely room」

「It seems that they are newly opened and just working through the kinks. The unit is not fully stocked yet (no pots and pans, not adequate towels, etc), there are drainage issues in the bathrooms that led to water coming out of the showers (half doors) and it ends up with the floor soaked each time. Overall, very reasonably priced and a good location, but would not stay again.」

「The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was also great and super convenient! Everything was in walking distance. It was also easy to communicate with the host, there’s a storage area for luggage as well so you can leave your things and walk around while you wait for your room to be ready. Overall very nice! Only downside was the AC unit in our room wasn’t cooling the room much but I think we were just not familiar with the controller.」

「Stay was okay. What ruined it was housekeeping rang the doorbell and banged on the door right at 11am while I was just about to leave and finishing a work call. I understand checkout time is 11am, but it felt quite abrupt and disruptive at that moment. I was already in the process of leaving, so I would have appreciated a little patience and a less forceful approach, especially while I was still on a call. It made the end of the stay feel unnecessarily stressful, which was disappointing after...
