"The cold water valve in the shower is completely stripped. I had to wrestle with it just turn it on and it took me 5 minutes to try to turn it off. The hotel clerk mentioned that it was “finicky” but “broken” would be more accurate. Towels smelled like smoke. The walls were stained and filthy. The decorative shower curtain was placed inside the tub to conceal the yellow stains. The refrigerator and the heater were so loud - between them, it was difficult to sleep. "The staff is amazing only thing I didn't like was that the room had t been thoroughly. Leaned for quite awhile as evidenced by the fuzz balls behind refrigerator, behind dresser and in between furniture and walls was highly visible. "
