「Let me start with the check in line, it was horrible. We waited in line for about an hr, and im not exaggerating. I payed through expedia for a ocen view room. I had the pool view with a sliver of ocen view, they said as long as you can see the ocean, its ocean view. Staff told me if i wanted ocean view i would have to pay for a ocean front room. 「Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. 」
