"I had the absolute best trip in Mexico Cancun the Hilton was the best accommodation they had amazing food which is hard to come by at most all inclusives my favourite was the breakfast restaurant on the 6th floor where Alex the server I requested everyday because he made our breakfast feel special everytime I appreciate the staff at all the restaurants as they were all kind and I never felt unhappy. There is a lot of other names I’d mention but unfortunately I can’t write that much but everyone from the pool side service staff to the buffet to the entertainment was amazing only thing I think you guys should add is a club for people to have fun at night "

"The rooms were nice and clean, but the staff by far made trip a blast! Javier and Freddy were our favourite bar tenders, Amelia was the friendliest face to see every morning at breakfast, got our day started off right. The poolside activities were fun and engaging, Leo poolside kept the drinks and laughs flowing. The Riu parties were epic, lots of fun. The afternoon ones were the best. Will definitely be visiting again"

"10/10 would stay here again. Everything was so convenient and close by. We stayed at the tourquize adults only side and the room we had was spacious and clean. Towels were switched twice a day, amazing!! Fridge and snacks stocked every day but do you really need it when all the food and drinks were easily available? Spoiler: yes because those passion fruit gummies were so tasty and a cold cola at 2am was an experience I didn’t know I needed. Marie and Adrian were our butlers and they were helpful and professional. Marie especially helped us quite a bit with random things we needed and had perfect timing. Lorenzo’s was our favourite restaurant (the fig pizza!!) and the adult only pool was a nice relaxing touch away from the other pools with kids. Also the arrachera steak they had poolside was delicious. Loved the cafe they had, lots of different coffee options. They also have churro and taco carts around the resort. The only critique I have is the desserts in general were not great (except for the pistachio cannoli at Lorenzo’s) There were a bunch of activities but make sure you figure out which ones need reservations because we weren’t able to attend some. But the one we did attend was fun. The beach was pretty but it gets really busy and there aren’t a lot of beach chairs, so I suggest getting there early to claim a spot. Overall great stay. "
