“I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights”

“The STAFF was Excellent! Staff Audrekak, Cecil, Geno, and Reno were Great! They were helpful and such a pleasure. The property itself was cleaned daily and the food was good. ”

“This was my second time back to the beautiful island, I love it there and will be going back. My only complaint would be due you covid and being under staffed the property is not fully operational. I think there needs to be more posting up of what is open, blocked off, available and so on posted for the visitors. That would make things a little easier as you walk around the property.”

“I just got back yesterday, and we were deciding between Riu and Atlantis. I would all day long choose Riu any day of the week! Everything was amazing from the infinity pool looking over the ocean, to the 24/7 food/drinks. Staff was beyond amazing! I will be returning! Thank you Riu Palace!!!”
