「I liked how big and roomy the one bedroom suite is and comes with a full kitchen. Staff was very helpful and courteous and friendly. There were never any pool towels at the reef though, we always had to walk way over to the other side to get pool towels.」

「Sfaff was very professional and helpful. Its family friendly. The bathroom could use little bit more scrubbing around the shower water faucet area, and the soap dispenser, it was very dirty cover in black mold. The room could also use a dehumidifier to absorb some of the mold smell. Don't use the wifi its very expensive, I got charged almost $100 after I complained that it didn't work very well, they gave me a $25 discount.」

「I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights」
