「The motel is cute, very retro and really clean. That said it’s the basics only, nothing fancy. We had a room with two full size beds so my husband and I each had a bed. The bed my husband slept in had a broken box spring which we didn’t know about until we were climbing in for the night. He sat on the edge and it dropped. So he took the mattress off and propped up the box spring somehow so it was usable. The beds themselves were not very comfortable. The motel is right off the highway so easy to...

「Three were reading lights on either side of the bed. Problem was that they were on a switch on the other side of the room, which turned on those two lights and two more lights just like them on the other side of the room. If you wanted to use it as a reading light at night, you really couldn’t because all four lights we’re on and the other person with you couldn’t turn off their light if you wanted to continue to read. The way it was wired and set up made absolutely no sense.」
