"The welcome and walk through as well as the private parking and the way it was our own spot but walking distance to everything. We loved it we would stay there again. Grezyna, was warm and welcoming and had wonderful coffee, chocolates, sparkling cherry apple drink(we don’t like champagne) and beautiful roses as well as a card to celebrate our 34th anniversary. All I can say is awesome."

"This place is such a gem. The location is perfect. We never used our car at all. Parking was super easy in the back of the building. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The rooftop terrace was a nice spot for a glass of wine. The host was super easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again. We may even brings the kids next time :)"

"Fabulous view setting, superb privacy. Excellent introduction to the many treasures of the Santa Barbara ranch and wine Country. I swam in the pool, warm enough for a Dutchman in April, but a solar heating system for the pool is a much needed upgrade for most others."

The studio was clean and quiet and really had everything we needed. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to local tasting rooms and restaurants. "Easy and understandable directions. Quite and very clean place. It is a place to eat simple meals. But it could use a microwave. It was an appropriate for our visit we used mainly to sleep and shower. Would stay in future visits."

"There’s a speakeasy right below the apartment. Patrons weren’t quiet and whom ever was closing didn’t know how to close the door. They kept slamming it to try shutting it. Light sleepers be forewarned. Otherwise, great place."

"The entry and parking for the unit is in the rear of CVS, next door to the market place. Was difficult to locate at first. Upon entry to building the odor from the market place is overwhelming, especially the elevator smells like expired milk. Upon arrival to the unit, we were satisfied with overall appearance. However, it is not luxury as described. Any more than 2 adults would be crowded for me. That first evening, the heating didn’t work properly but came on at 7am and was comfortable for the...

"This little cottage was perfect to visit family in Solvang. Short walk to downtown. Clean.The only improvements I might mention is a curtain for the entry door and less of whatever room spray they use as it was overwhelming and made our clothes smell like room deodorant. We never received the door code so I had to track down the host, not sure what happened but it worked out fine."

"We rented this property to celebrate mom's 80th birthday as she wanted to go to Solvang. Weather was not in our favor that weekend but we were able to stay in this home, light a fire, play games, drink wine and relax. It was perfect. The views of the mountains are beautiful. We were able to see them with a dusting of snow! The location of the home is perfect. Easy drive to all the local favorite spots."

"This property was so lovely in every way. The perfect place for two friends with two small pups. Tons of privacy between the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms but super cozy and comfortable in between. The views were so pretty and although I do enjoy staying closer to downtown Solvang, the spaciousness was so appreciated and still close to everything. Loved it!!!"
