「Excellent location and close to everything! Staff was outstanding. I arrived at 6 am with the understanding that check in was not until 3 pm so they took my luggage and I waited for the next shift to come in. Surprisingly, I was in a room by 8:50 am with a free upgrade! The bed was sooo comfortable I napped before exploring the city! You are steps from the cathedral! The rooms were very modern with a historic charm! I highly recommend! 」

「This hotel was perfect, would highly recommend! The location was quiet yet a short walking distance to the city centre. The hotel was clean, the check in process was smooth and the bedroom was spotless, stylish and incredibly comfortable. The staff were very friendly. 「Absolutely everything from beginning to end. What wonderful staff especially Alicia all welcomed us to their beautiful hotel. We weee very kindly upgraded to the most beautiful suite for my husbands birthday. This was such a treat especially as we spent quite a bit of time in it. Wanting to relax and chill. 「Luxury Hotel. Amazing facilities. Great staff. Best Location in Palma. Ive been coming to Palma for over 30 years and stayed at some great places but Can Bordoy has been the best hotel and experience ive had. From check in , in the garden with cava, to check out the whole stay was just fantastic. Deluxe suite with terrace was beautiful , the garden pool was fantastic. Rooftop the most stunning views. All staff excellent. We cant wait to return. 」
