"This room was incredibly unique. It featured two queen-size beds stacked on top of each other, more akin to a boat stateroom than a hotel room. It was a bit of a shock to see everything so compact, but surprisingly, everything was comfortable, quiet, and dark. The area outside the property was also amazing, located right in the heart of Bath. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. "

"We loved staying at this property. It was so convenient to walk into the city and there was ample parking. Staff were extremely friendly and we enjoyed a nightcap in the lounge every night. Our room was gorgeous and had lovely views, but could do with a deep clean of walls and carpets. The bathroom was huge! The bed was extremely comfortable."

"Fabulous hotel with super friendly staff. Hotel is situated on a hill, so prepare yourself for a walk up the hill when returning from the city centre. Lots of steps in the hotel and parking is on a first come, first served basis at £15 per night, but that is the only negative. Lovely patio room, with fan and portable aircon on the hotest weekend of the year so far. Powerful shower, a must for my wife. Excellent breakfast, cooked to order, and the best overnight oats, i have ever tasted. We were there for a celebration weekend, and the silver package of towel art, petals and fruit bowl were well received."
