「This property, a freehouse since the 18th century, is exactly what I expected. Close to all Bath city sights, rooms are efficient and have everything you need. The property has had recent painting to lighten and brighten the spaces and they are inviting in a relaxed manner you would expect of a freehouse, that is the charm of the place. There is a bit of street noise but nothing not expected from city living. I throughly enjoyed my stay.」

「The Quarryman Arms is a wonderful experience. A beautiful Pub is on the main floor with rooms on various levels within the building. We stayed in a room in the basement that had so much charm. Little touches were appreciated, like two bottles in the honor bar that had tags saying, "This one's on us". The staff were great. 「Room was lovely however, water pressure wasn't great and it took ages to fill the bath in the room we were in. The breakfast options were a bit lax, no congenital options and if you're not a fan of eggs then menu is a bit limited. Otherwise location is fab, really short walk to and from the city centre and the hill on the way back really isn't that bad. All the staff at the hotel were lovely and welcoming, room was spotless and very clean. All in all we would come back. 」
