「The hotel is an old building so we understand the facilities have been improved to update with the modern life. There is a lift but there are about 10 -11 steps up and down before I could move my luggage into the room. There are 4 steps of staircase before I could use the bathroom. I had an accident on my first night stay 21 May 2026 2:40 a.m., I sprained my right ankle. I could not manage to go to the hospital with only one leg. 「房間非常漂亮。職員態度友善。餐廳食物非常具質素。 浴室提供的用品非常具質素。門外亦有足夠泊車空間。我相信是巴斯最好的精品酒店之一。」

「Very nice hotel. Staff very helpful. I stayed in the old wing and the renovation is perfect. Clean and with a touch of the old British style. We had dinner at the restaurant and everything tasted nice except it is a bit salty for us.」

The bed was very hard and left me with a very painful back, the pillows were flat and so had to fold them to...

「A wonderful place to stay. A fantastic old building with so much character and lovely country views. Bedrooms very comfortable with great attention to detail and well thought through. Excellent breakfast and a good menu for dinner - well presented and very tasty. The highlight though were the staff throughout. It's such a pleasure to receive genuine excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you.」
