「The problem during our stay is the noise coming from the water tap of the shower, every time you turn on the water will have a very high pitch loud sound, not only from our bath room but also from the room next to you. The sound proof between rooms are also bad, you can easily hear people speaking in their room next to you.」

「Short stop, just spent the night. Excellent service from the host with extremely late checkin due to traffic and road works. Even made us a filling breakfast although not originally included. 」

「We are grateful for Kevin that he immediately responded to our call. We checked in around 1930, noticed that we had a problem with our boiler. He did his best to troubleshoot it but still not working. We were then upgraded to a new caravan nearest to the lake! He helped us transfer all our bags and goods. The place is relaxing and best sunset as well! 」

「After staying at this hotel, I developed many red itchy bumps on my skin, which makes me feel that the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. I was very uncomfortable during my stay. In addition, I don’t think the pricing was fair. The listing stated that the charge for each dog should be £10 per night, but I was charged £20 per dog.」

「Such a spacious suite with an additional sitting room viewing the mountains. The views were exceptional. James & Lucy were kind to let us check in early. They were also so helpful with dinner recommendations in the area. Breakfast options were delicious. Lucy was most helpful planning our routes for the next days journey. They were both so kind and full of information.」

「Very pleasant accommodation in a quiet area, near to a bus stop and the railway station. The room was clean, bed was comfy, the room heated up quickly, there is a kettle in the room and there's plenty of parking. Only minor points are it would be nice to have a fridge in the room and some coat hooks!」

「Alan was very welcoming and provided useful information on local restaurants, travel tips in the area and around Scotland. My daughters and I felt safe staying at that location. The property was very clean. We had a mini fridge in our room, hair dryer. Bathroom was very modern. There are all amenities on site. Beautiful grounds. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back.」

「The glamping pods were beautiful and decently sized. The comunal toilet and shower area was kept clean and tidy. Over all it was a lovely experience. Only concern was that my 4 year old had to be restrained at all times either inside the pod, in pushchairs or in reigns as the edge of the land at entry to our pod was a steep slope, ideally this could be fenced off. When we first arrived, as a family, i mentioned to my mum that this place would be a lovely romantic getaway for a weekend however...
