"This rental is extremely well appointed. It has all of the conveniences needed for your stay. The deck area is outstanding. The furniture is beautiful as well as comfortable in form and function. The decor is tasteful yet quirky in true Austin style. Super easy access to the Austin Light Show at the holidays. A 5 minute walk to Barton Springs pool for a quick plunge. You will love it!"

"It’s a lovely place to chill and enjoy Austin right on the river but slightly away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and 6th street. An oasis!"

"We only stayed for one night, but it was great. Very clean and well maintained. The beds were very soft and comfortable. You have to pay for parking and it is $54, which seemed very high for one night. I did not see it listed anywhere when when I booked so that caught me off gaurd. Other than that we had no other issues. "
