“Had a lovely stay, the Rumi room was beautiful, the bath tub was gorgeous, very deep and extremely relaxing. Plenty of towels and great amenities, bed was really comfortable. The receptionist was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Parking was very easy, in a nice area. Will definitely visit again one day, if prices are right. Thank you”

“The apartment is best located. It is spacious and clean. Its bed is cosy. Full equipped kitchen. Its staff is friendly. Everything is nice. But some of its hardware failed. The room temperature is controlled by a terribly designed electronic button which does not work easily. With great efforts and over 10 minutes, I slowly moved the cursor from 18.5 degree to 19.8 degree, since each time - if I succeeded in moving the screen’s little man into his box and ordered to move up room……

“The room was very lovely, the staffs were very courteous and the amenities were great too. The only issue I would raise was the bath towel left lints on my body. Besides that, it was fantastic ”

“Room was well appointed and clean. Bed was comfy and shower was powerful and hot. Water, coffee and biscuits along with a selection of tea's in the room. Views from the room were good, it's a quiet area. Staff here are polite and welcoming, whether they are serving you or just passing by. We paid for breakfast, lots of choice for cold breakfast, really is something for everyone. Hot breakfast was to order, we could pretty much choose anything. Food could and should have been hotter considering……

“Ideal location for the Utilita Arena, just a short walk. Far enough out of the city that it was quiet overnight so easy to sleep. Room very spacious and comfortable. ”

“Maybe we stay at the hotel on Sat, it was very noise downstair until midnight, becasue there is a amusement opposite to the hotel. the car parking is very limit, not easy to get the parking in the hotel. The room is not very clean. The receptionest will not let you feel welcome. ”
