"Room is smaller than I expected. There's no air conditioner in room and luckily there's window can be opened. My room is a connecting room and I can clearly hear the kid next door screaming at 10pm.
The location is fine, next to the indoor food market and lots of Chinese restaurants nearby. You can even smell the hotpot from the restaurant downstairs.
I arrived hotel at 12:45pm, I didn't expect the room is ready by that time (i know it's 3pm for checkin), the reception staff told me I could get the room immediately by paying £20 extra. TBH, the room for a night is actually £45, that's quite a lot for having room 2 hours earlier."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, the Bullring and a number of eateries. The room was rather basic and small without a water boiler or a fridge. You need to ask the reception to borrow a hairdryer, and they charge you a small fee for luggage storage. Other than that, it was perfect for my one-night stay."

"Maybe we stay at the hotel on Sat, it was very noise downstair until midnight, becasue there is a amusement opposite to the hotel. the car parking is very limit, not easy to get the parking in the hotel. The room is not very clean. The receptionest will not let you feel welcome. "
