"Lovely hotel with 2 pools and an amazing view where you can catch the sunset from your room or the rooftop area. Excellent service and staff who are always on hand to get you a drink. Food availabile throughout the day with 3 buffet meals and snacks available. Location however isnt the best. The hotel is based on a high hill so cannot walk around the area easily, therefore taxis mostly required. However the hotel does provide complimentary shuttles to the beach and Castries town."

"The property is old, needs updating. Some staff is rude to non white people specially the male greeter and waiter at the Pub. He was rude and made unwanted looks and gestures while we were at the restaurant. We called front desk to pick up our bags 3x to go to the airport. They never came so 15 minutes before our departure, we brought it down ourselves. "

The grounds are extremely well kept and the staff was both gracious and helpful (explaining how to get around the island and destination recommendations). "We stayed in garden Villa with our own pool. We had a great view of the sea for sunset. Place very friendly and accommodating. You could walk to Soufriere town and to the beach, though very steep. They arranged a bespoke trip for us which was great. Sugar beach a short cab ride away is amazing for snorkelling and swimming. Food was very tasty, we would definitely stay again. "

"The property includes well appointed accommodation space with ensuites for the two large bedrooms and living space. The views over the surroundings stretchibg towards Rodney bay are wonderful. 10 minutes drive to Rodney bay with abundance of shopping area, convenience stores, 12 minutes to Gros Islet for the Friday Street Party. Car is recomended to take full advantage. Host very attentive, responsive and making us feel very welcome. Warmly recomended."
