"The shower was dirty and old. The doors I couldn’t shut because my arms are of normal length. You need to have the arm length of a 4 year old to be able to bend them enough to shut the 2 sliding doors. "

"We turn up the place was derelict as a sign on the door saying go to the Colton hotel and there wasn’t any space in the Carlton. I was with my four-year-old daughter. I then had to book another hotel to stay in Bournemouth. Absolutely disgusted with the service that I’ve got, I am waiting for a phone call to be Redeemed my money and I want compensate for this. Absolutely disgusting. Can’t believe it was even allowed to be booked. "
