Fire pits were awesome, we rented pontoon and spent the day on the water. When we had a small issue, it was fixed immediately. Everything was fantastic, great value for the money.”

“I wish we would have found this place sooner! I was in a wedding in Nisswa and we decided to go up a day early. The place was beautiful! Large, spacious, clean & the price was perfect for my husband, daughter and myself. We actually tried to cancel the other reservation at the venue but they wouldn't allow it. We much would have rather stayed at this VRBO. I showed the listing and photos to friends at the wedding and we all agreed to make a fun weekend of it next year and rent a bunch of the……

“We had a great time girls weekend at Bay Colony. We were welcomed with beverages too, which was so nice! I rated this a 4 only due to some updates in the first room needed (missing blind, bathroom grout and door issues). I did report this, but it didn’t make our stay unmanageable. The people upstairs were loud (banging), but not an issue of the property owner at all. Overall, it was a great getaway on the coldest weekend of the winter (fireplace was wonderful)!! Thank you so much for having us!”

“We rented this house for a Bachelorette Gathering. We had 6 ladies celebrating altogether. Typically, pics look better than the real thing, but in this case, the opposite was true! It was better than the photos. Such a perfect space! Lots of rooms and beds; enough bathrooms even. Everything was clean and perfectly made up. All utensil and utility drawers were well labeled and made everything really easy to find. Alexandra was very helpful with all of our questions and concerns with the hot tub,……
