「We go to branson 5+ times a year and this is by far the best room we have stayed at for the price of the room. The hotel was very quite. We had 2 children under 2 year old and it was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable. The room was VERY clean. Hotel staff was welcoming. Breakfast was good and had a variety of different foods to choose from. The elevator made it convenient to carry luggage and two kids up to our room. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again. 」

「Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this property. We arrived around 6:00 PM to check in, only to be told our room wasn’t ready due to severe understaffing. The staff asked us to return in about an hour, so we went to dinner and came back over two hours later—only to find the room still wasn’t ready. After waiting an additional hour in the lobby with my three exhausted children, we were informed that third-party bookings had overbooked the hotel and our reserved three-bed...

「The room was in good condition, but when I booked the to I was not told that they were doing renovations. After I booked the non-refundable room we received a call stating they were in the process of major renovation. Breakfast was affected too making the experience disappointing. 」
