The corners in the bathroom haven't been cleaned for several weeks; if you look closely, you can see crumbs and hair. The shower had black stains "

"Nice place overall breakfast was good rooms nice . The one thing they didn’t have in my room are usb plugs luckily I brought my plugs to charge my stuff . Thats was a little frustrating especially if you have several things that need to be charged . The Mall is literally a step . "

"We wanted a hotel with security door & hallway with rooms - when we got there it was motel. The area was old & other motels in the area were lesser - some even shady/questionable? Limited amenities nearby - fast food but nothing recognizable for us from Canada. No family diners or upper middle class restaurant. We were told it is a safe, low crime area but there was questionable evidence of street presence all about the area. Train was nearby and was useful in going to Old Pasadena for a day....
