Beautiful 3-bdr + loft unit ideally positioned with ski-in/walk-out to Snowflake lift Why this condo: This nicely appointed Double Eagle three-bedroom + loft condo has an updated kitchen with an open, welcoming great room!
Double Eagle condo is located on Four O’clock Road. This is a ski-in condo from the Four O’clock Run to the back of the complex and less than a 100-yard walk to the Snowflake lift. Main Street shops and restaurants are a short walk from the complex or a quick ride on the free shuttle with a stop just across the street.
The condo has a great room feel with an open living room / kitchen / dining layout with a gas fireplace, large LED TV, and sofa sleeper sectional. The fully-stocked kitchen includes granite countertops and a breakfast bar with seating for four.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and a small desk area for remote workers, along with a shower bathroom across the master bedroom hall. This secluded master is on the other side of the Great Room offering privacy from the other two guest bedrooms. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has another king bed. There is a full bath in the hallway that is shared between the two guest bedrooms with a full tub/shower. The newly completed loft offers a unique sleeping configuration with 2 twin beds, great for kids!
With the sofa sleeper in the living room this condo comfortably sleeps 10 but is most comfortable with no more than 8 adults.
Guests are invited to enjoy the outdoor hot tub on premises and seasonal access to the Upper Village Pool & hot tubs, which is a short walk away. There are central laundry facilities on the 2nd floor of building B, with the secure ski lockers adjacent to the unit on floor 3. Complimentary WIFI, cable and Smart TV for streaming are also available.
This is a perfect unit for families and friends. Enjoy beautiful views, vaulted ceilings and all the benefits the top floor has to offer. The unit is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator access, with both indoor and outdoor stairs leading to the unit.

Close to lift and downtown Breckenridge, good value.
Close to lift and downtown Breckenridge, good value. Does have nice public hot tub on-site. Only negatives were pool is not on-site and actually turned out to be closed during our stay - didn't know that ahead of time. And, unit is on 3rd floor with access only via stairs. Be prepared for this when carrying all your luggage, etc.
This house was a great fit for our family of 9 - mom, kids and spouses, and 4 grandkids. It is located a very short walk from the Snowflake Chair. The kitchen was very well supplied with pots and pans big enough to cook for 9. That is not always the case. There were a variety of games for all ages which kept us up late playing family games. The kids loved sleeping in the loft . The host kept in touch to make certain we had evervthing we needed. The only drawback was no elevator but the two flights up were not too bad. (We kept our skis in our cars so we didnot have to lug them up the stairs). I would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Breckenridge.
The unit had everything we needed, the only small suggestion I would have is to have a corner step in the master shower to shave your legs (which is so minor). We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Breckenridge.
We loved our stay. Everything was just as described. The location was even better than what we could have imagined. We walked everywhere. To town for restaurants and shops and to the ski rental shop/ lift. Would definitely stay again!

It was perfect for our trip. The close proximity to Snowflake lift and walking distance to downtown were exactly what we were looking for. The 4 o’clock ski trail ran right behind the condo building…perfect ski out location.

Location was great. Ski in right to back of hot tub. Hot tub was pretty dirty, only looked at it. Main street is 2 blocks away as is the Village. Snowflake lift gets crowded, get there early.
Terrific unit, terrific location. Well supplied and comfortable. We cooked in three of the five nights we were there, and wanted for nothing. Five minute walk into town, less than five minutes to the Snowflake lift. Property manager was extremely communicative and responsive. We will definitely stay here again.
This property was perfect! Extremely neat and clean and had a well stocked kitchen, with every amenity. The decor was adorable and very mountain chic. The location was great - a short walk into town or to the shuttle across the street.
Had a little trouble with gaining access in the first time, but was able to get someone on the phone even though it was after hours. All in all, a great place to stay and I will be renting this property again!
We had a great time in this condo. The kitchen was well organized with all the tools and modern appliances we needed.
The main room was nice for hanging out and watching the large TV. It's on the third floor, so views across the valley were pretty good.
We are in good shape, so walking to the third floor was ok, but I wouldn't bring elderly folks.
I liked the location. It's a 15 minute walk to downtown. A 5-10 minute walk to a ski lift and you can ski directly home.

We loved our stay in Breckenridge! What an amazing place!!! This unit was great for our stay- clean, comfortable, awesome location!!!! It had everything we needed for our trip and was within walking distance to everything downtown. We use VRBO for everywhere we go and depend on honest reviews for that- the only reasons I didn’t give this unit a 5 were that the hot tub just outside the unit was not clean, it was metal seating, and not hot- don’t plan to use it. The other hot tub/pool reminded us if a KOA campground and closed super early at 8 pm. There also wasn’t much room in the unit for luggage. We went for the hiking, so, we weren’t there enough for either of those things to matter much. Would definitely still recommend!
