Firstly when booking, it revealed there was parking onsite but on getting there, it was a disaster with no parking facility, driving around the areas to secure my car, terrible atmosphere from the entrance, unprofessional staff with zero skill that had no idea about the parking facility. 「Room is very clean. Good breakfast. It has to notify the front desk to clear room and provide new towel. Poor WiFi speed. 」

「Very good but just looking a bit tired. Sheets and carpets could do with an upgrade.」

「Lack of amenities. There was no intercom or phone for calling reception. Booked two rooms and it was interconnected but asked team several time to unlock door which they kept giving excuses. The time of booking asked for smoking room whereas they gave us non smoking room. Great thing was parking was free and available.」
