“This property was very misleadingly listed. It appeared as though we were booking a room through the hotel, but it’s actually a privately owned rental located inside the hotel and is completely separate from the hotel’s operations. That should have been made much clearer before booking. The unit itself was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, the refrigerator didn’t work properly, and neither did the cable/TV. The overall setup was strange, and the parking and check-in/check-out……

“Great location”

“There was no communication from the host from the start. I messaged the host and tried calling the number given by Expedia to contact host but there was no response. Last time we stayed here the online registration was sent immediately, which was not the case this go around. The tv wasn’t working in this room and was never fixed, and no blow dryer either. Lack of communication and response from the host is the reason for the 2 stars. However, room was clean and staff were nice.”

“Excelente ubicación, tiendas cercas, playas cercas, lugares turísticas, vista muy hermosa.”

“Check in was easy. Studio looks way bigger in the photos it’s basically just a room - it was 3 of us. All amenities including the lounge area closes at 11. I was having trouble with the tv so I went to watch in the lounge area and was told I had to leave because it closes at 11. The pool is also very small.”

“Location great for games at loanDepot. We didn’t have hot water to shower and there is no coffee, which is disappointing to wake up to. The bathroom is tiny. For the price and total lack of basics I felt it was not great value.”
