“The directions to check in were confusing. Upon entering the room, there was a dead lizard in the middle of the living room. It is listed as a sleeps 4, with a pull out couch. When trying to use the pull-out couch, there was debris, garbage under the bed and it was not clean at all. There were a few open parking spots, so we took what was available. The next morning we found out we parked in a residents spot. We stayed here to walk to loanDepot Park, but would rather pay more to stay somewhere……

“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The main issue was staff and coordination, which was completely unacceptable. After finally being allowed into the room, later that same night staff knocked on my door and told me I still needed to complete check-in, as if they had no idea I was already inside the room. This happened late at night, on my wedding night, which made the situation even more frustrating and inappropriate. When I went downstairs to clarify what was going on,……
