“check in was horrible… because it wasn’t with the actual hotel they made it a hassle.. i took them two hours and missed my birthday cruise due to poor communication ..the room however was nice and clean with a great view and location.”

“Do not book this place ,do not be fulled by the pictures, the place is under construction, lots of noise Scaffold going up and down your windows , the pool is closed. The apartment has bedbugs( bedroom bed)my wife and kids all had skin irritations, I booked this place for 10 days they did not disclose all problems so we had to move out in 5 days and book another hotel, they ruined our vacation When I tried to contact the host the did not respond to my text and kept ignoring the message. “The directions to check in were confusing. Upon entering the room, there was a dead lizard in the middle of the living room. It is listed as a sleeps 4, with a pull out couch. When trying to use the pull-out couch, there was debris, garbage under the bed and it was not clean at all. There were a few open parking spots, so we took what was available. The next morning we found out we parked in a residents spot. We stayed here to walk to loanDepot Park, but would rather pay more to stay somewhere……

“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The main issue was staff and coordination, which was completely unacceptable. After finally being allowed into the room, later that same night staff knocked on my door and told me I still needed to complete check-in, as if they had no idea I was already inside the room. This happened late at night, on my wedding night, which made the situation even more frustrating and inappropriate. When I went downstairs to clarify what was going on,……
