「This property was very misleadingly listed. It appeared as though we were booking a room through the hotel, but it’s actually a privately owned rental located inside the hotel and is completely separate from the hotel’s operations. That should have been made much clearer before booking. The unit itself was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, the refrigerator didn’t work properly, and neither did the cable/TV. The overall setup was strange, and the parking and check-in/check-out...

「Great location」

「Very disappointing stay. The property had drilling and construction noise almost every morning with no proper warning, a major leak that left our clothes and belongings wet, broken blinds, no water in the second bedroom for days, no hot water in the bathroom for two days and a broken washer/dryer. We reported these issues but the only solution provided was a loud Dehumidifier. Despite the condition of the unit and the inconvenience we experienced throughout the stay the host/property management...

「Check in was easy. Studio looks way bigger in the photos it’s basically just a room - it was 3 of us. All amenities including the lounge area closes at 11. I was having trouble with the tv so I went to watch in the lounge area and was told I had to leave because it closes at 11. The pool is also very small.」

「Good location in Little Havana. The bathroom is small. If you ever owned an RV or trailer it’s like that. Finagling yourself on the toilet and taking a shower are an interesting challenge. Plus the walls are thin and could hear the neighbors 5 am music being played - not ideal. But it’s clean & had a small kitchenette, which was nice.」
