"I had a great stay at Kimpton EPIC Hotel Miami. The location is excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant. "terrible noise , wifi cannot work . asked staff to help to fix the wifi but they didn't want to help. didn't clear the room and even didn't change the towels"
