A male staff help me to register membership , I stays over 30 days Holiday inn in the pass few year in different country. No staff proactive help me register the membership. And the female staff asked me again when I check out. And she also asked me how to improve. Although the room is not perfect, and somethings need to improve. She really mark it down on the……

“The rooms are impeccably clean. As a motel, I was delighted to see the level of care the owners take. The only little issues about our stay was the lack of hot water, it was luke warm at best and he blowdryer was broken. Now my query is if you have two queen beds, why is the hotel charging for an extra guest if we were 3? I always thought you paid for the room.and not the occupancy.”

“Breakfast was adequate only. However breakfast staff member was very pleasant and helpful. No hot water on my arrival and AC didn’t respond to adjustments. Luckily it was stuck “on” not off so the room was cool. Great location though it needs a bit of maintenance.”
