"This is a little gem and excellent value for money. I arrived very late, asked for a couple of bags of crisps to keep the hunger at bay, and was made a beautiful ham sandwich (with crisps!) well after the kitchen had shut for the night. I stayed in room 2 (single room). It was massive for a single, lovely view, complimentary water, great tea tray and clean and comfortable. As a single woman, I felt very safe here (did not worry about the car either) and the staff couldn’t have been nicer....

"for location you cannot fault this Hotel. ideally situated for Stratford within easy walking distance of most sites including the church that holds Shakespear's Tomb. the room was a bit basic but functional and clean. the bathroom is good size and you get some complimentary toiletries and tea and coffee. It would be handy to have the wifi details in the room and if you havent been to the area before maybe a pack of info. "

"Property has been decorated to a very high standard. Car park easy to find and access. Very central location. Easy access despite no front desk, just a code emailed to access the car park and room. Higher numbered rooms are quite a walk up a lot of stairs though. Would pay a bit more for a lower floor next time. Called to ask if we could leave the car on the Carpark a little later than midday, and they were happy to help as the rooms weren’t at full occupancy the next night. "

"Roy was the manager on duty when we checked in and out. He helped carry one of our suitcases to our suite! He was awesome and helped out with some local areas to dine and visit. The suite was excellent, slippers and a robe waited our arrival, along with coffee, hot chocolate, tea and milk. Was very clean and a comfortable kind size bed. We loved it."
