“The flat was clean and well located. The kitchen was pretty badly equipped (no tea nor coffee maker, no frying pan, three mugs, no bowls or cooking utensils. The shower was clogged and no one came to fix it although we spoke about it. It was ok but a bit too expensive for what it was.”

“Great location really close to the Malvern hills so we were able to walk straight from the door to some great views. The apartment itself was perfectly comfortable and we all slept well. The kitchen was missing a few basic items we would have found useful (wooden spoon, ice cube tray, washing up liquid, kitchen roll and cling film). We were however given dishwasher tablets but sadly never found the dishwasher! The apartment was generally clean but the windows could have done with some attention,……

“This flat was NOT what is pictured. There was no washer, no place to store clothing, it stunk, and the couch was not the sofa bed in the pictures or as originally described. We canceled upon walking into the flat. The host and stay company still have reimbursed me for the stay, even though it has been over 30 days. Although the location is good, the place is horrible and I would NOT recommend anyone staying here. Also the host company may be polite they are not helpful. After getting the main……
