“I spent more than 1 hour checking in. Got there about 2:45, I knew that I was early so they took my number and they were supposed to call me once the room was ready, they never did so I decided to make the line again, the rep assigned me a room, when I got to the room the key didn’t work and the person cleaning the rugs outside of the room decided to help me and opened the door for me to find out that the room was occupied, luggage was inside, then I went back to the front desk to make a second……

“This hotel is amazing. I chose a water view room with two bedrooms, a living room, and an open kitchen. The room was amazing and I loved it! The only downside was the shower had a very low flow, which made it uncomfortable, but we only stayed two days, so it was fine. I'd definitely stay here again on my next vacation!”

“Overall our stay was good. Private beach access was great, though not usable due to the seagrass which is not the fault of the resort. The pools are the highlight of the property, as well as the restaurant and cafe, including the waitstaff. However, the room needed updating, particularly the bathroom. A full length mirror, updated bathroom and smart TV would have made our stay better.”

“We really enjoyed our stay overall and even chose to pay for an upgraded room beyond the complimentary upgrade that was initially offered. The resort is beautiful, and we've already started recommending it to others. The staff was attentive overall, although the front desk staff in the Villas section did not seem as welcoming to guests who were not club members. The difference in friendliness was noticeable. Dinner at Calusso was enjoyable, but we felt the food was overpriced for the quality,……
