「You will hear the sound of wood platform while other guess walking around. This ok to me as I live in a lousy place. It would be a problem for those request absolute quiet.」

「Property needs renovation how ever well maintained. Satisfactory loved the location and room. The best of all is staff everyone were good .the Gardner, receptionist both the girl and the boy on the day of arrival excellent service. A credit goes to a young lad came over to the room and fix the Fan. As well as a great smile and service. 」

「Parking is horrible in the streets, and the car park itself is small at £15 per day pricey. Walk to beach is why we stay here, staff are all young but very polite. Building was once grand, a little jaded now, but clean and tidy, we have been regulars for s verbal years now.」

「Great hotel. Have been coming for years for an annual birthday night out with a group of friends. Guy at reception was very friendly, especially as we were concerned we may not be able to park there as no space, but did manage to in the end. Hotel is great...not the most modern, no, but homely and rooms have always been spacious, clean and welcoming. The bar/club is great for a night out. Would definitely recommend. Very close to town centre and beach too. Well done Royal Exeter!」
