「Extremely poor communication when time was of the essence. I contacted the host for three days by message and phone, but received no response. Just before my stay I received a generic welcome message regarding my stay, but still no response to my original question. I responded with my original question. After that the host responded that it was too near my stay to consider a cancellation. I feel that if the host had responded in a timely matter we may have been able to resolve the situation....

「Glendale. You may be alarmed when walking through the building hallways towards your rental. Stained concrete, dim lighting, garbage on floor, cobwebs on ceiling. Yikes! I thought-- what have I got myself into?? Inside the rental, we saw hairs on the towels and the dishwasher was stinky but the rental was otherwise acceptable. The place looks like it hasn't had a fresh coat of paint in years. The furnishings are sad--I tried to move the bedside table to see if there was an outlet behind...

「Overall it was a great stay! There was a dirty face cloth left in the main bath and a cigarette butt in one of the blankets in the secondary bedroom. There was also a lot of dark hairs in the bathroom shower and sink. This did no effect the overall stay which was great, just some things to note.」
