“Had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, sunny, and very comfortable. Street parking is limited but the host provided multipleoptions. Geographically located in close proximity to/easily walkable to theaters, restaurants, shopping, University buildings, etc. We arrived and didn’t need the car until we left. James our host provided clear and timely information with excellent overall communication, and worked to accommodate a request we made. Would stay again!”

“The only thing nice about the stay was the room was room was nice there was no one to greet you, there's no service desk, you have to pay $60 for parking and it's only four slots outside. Not a parking deck the second night we got ready to come back to park all four of the parking spaces with filled we call the number they told us they would take care of it. We found our own parking and we requested a refund for the nights parking that we were unable to use the parking space. You have to pay for……

“The house was exceptionally clean and exuded a cozy atmosphere, with clear directions for access both to the property and from the road. However, the master suite could benefit from some improvements; specifically, a larger bed would be advantageous. Though my husband and I are not large individuals, we found the bed to be rather cramped, with insufficient space for both of us, particularly as our feet extended beyond the edge of the bed.
