"Fab hotel - reception team welcoming, easy check-in, room had a large comfortable bed and well appointed with decent coffee machine etc. We have stayed here before and it has everything we need. Slightly rundown bathroom round the floor and door edges - peeling paint and it looked a bit grey and not sparkling clean round the shower tray.
