“Great home base for a 3-night trip to Colorado Springs. Amazing view & adorable bunnies hopping around. Clean hot tub, perfect for relaxation after hiking. Comfortable bed. Well-stocked coffee bar was a plus and fun to play a few rounds of pool. Street parking was fine. Very nice neighborhood. “Host was responsive to messages. I had an issue with the lock box that was brought to their attention and wasn't fixed. Although my stay was very short, so maybe there wasnt enough time to fix the battery issue. This is a basement apartment so you can hear the host family as mentioned in the listing. However at times it was LOUD, light fixtures and mirror on the wall would shake. Maybe they don't realize how much the sound travels. The area was clean and well lit outside at night for my dogs and……

“This was a nice place for the money. There were a couple of issues like the couch is broken (one side of the pull out bed is broken and has fallen to the floor making the cushions on that side sink in)and because of that very uncomfortable. And we had very bad water pressure in the bathroom especially the bathtub shower. The communication from the host was fine except I received a couple accusatory texts from them the first about if I was parked in the wrong spot when I hadn't even arrived yet.……

“One of the worst places I’ve stayed at in Colorado. The unit was not clean, spiders, mold in the bathroom. It didn’t really look like the pictures, pretty worn down. The couch is extremely loud and uncomfortable as well as the bed. The upstairs “tenants” were extremely loud and kept us up 2 nights in a row (they were running, stomping, slamming doors, etc from 8pm-7am both nights) to the point we didn’t sleep and had to leave and get a hotel somewhere else. The “host” said they would take care……

“Very easy check in and out. Clean. Convenient location. Nice back yard with grill, seating, and hot tub. Has multiple kitchen items to use if needed, such as Crock Pot, pots and pans, plates, utensils, cups, wine glasses, seasonings. A/C was effective. The couch was very uncomfortable- does have a pull out bed; did not try the bed, only the couch. Only one other chair to sit in and that's also not very comfortable, made it hard to relax after a long drive. The king bed is okay, could be a little……
