Only suggestions for improvement would be a gate at the top of the stairs, blackout curtains in the front bedroom that go to the ceiling, additional lighting in bathroooms for makeup application."

"Our host were very welcoming and kind! We throughly enjoyed our month long stay during the winter. During a snow storm our hosts even shoveled a path to our car and cleaned the snow off the car as well! The property is exactly as the pictures show. The hosts even allowed us to use our grill on their patio. We knew in advance there was not a kitchen sink or stove but the inconvenience didn’t bother us too much. To get around the issue we put a small drain board and dish rack next to the bathroom...

The main floor was a nice size with the LR, DR, open kitchen, half bath, laundry nook and patio door to nice sized fenced in back yard. The basement housed a bedroom, LR, and bathroom. The upstairs had the master bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom, along with 2 additional bedrooms and a hall bath. The garage was nice to use especially in inclement weather. "This is the best and the most spacious property I have rented, to date. The bedrooms are spacious and have great lighting. The views are amazing too. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances to have a home-cooked meal for every meal. The property is conveniently located near everything, to include shopping and fun activities. The property owners are very detailed in their expectations, directions, helpful instructions and everything is provided for a well welcoming stay."

"This is the cutest little house, great location if you want to walk or run from the front steps. There is a lake path a block away or less. The kitchen is stocked well and you can cook most things without worrying if the spice or the equipment is available. i was in town for a work event and needed to be both downtown and up at the Broadmoor and it was a quick drive to both. I will check availability here the next time I'm in town."
