"The receptionist at check in was not welcoming or friendly. We booked a sea view room and we got a partial sea view. The room was dirty. There was tooth paste marks on the mirror and soap scum in the shower that you could rub off with your finger. The floor was also dirty. The beds in Vietnam are normally hard but these were exceptionally hard like sleeping on the floor. The toilet handle was broken and the water would run constantly. After my encounter with the front desk during check in I was not going back to complain about the room. We were only here for one night. I couldn’t want to stay any long. On the positive the bellman were helpful with taking our luggage and the bar lady was kind and served us beer with a smile which was uplifting. The pool was nice and the beach was clean. "

"Nice resort! Room is clean with beautiful views of ocean and pools through a big sliding door and balcony but you have to close it when you’re sleeping because of air planes taking off from the air port near by. Breakfast is quite good with Western food and Eastern food, staffs at front desk are just okay not as courtesy as other resorts but other staffs are fine. It’s definitely worth it! We would come back. "

"Overall a great hotel that lets itself down when it comes to looking after the beachside - I can’t understand why staff aren’t allocated to sort out the plastic and waste on the beach that’s clearly from hotel guests. Such a shame to see. Enjoyed great food at the Tropicana restaurant and breakfast was varied and high quality."

"The villa, the rooms, the services, the staffs are much lower grade than the property applies it 5 stars, 3 stars is the most I can say about this place. The reception manager is tried their best but it’s nothing they could do. Not worth the money. Will not comeback. "

"We arrived at 9:55pm due to plane being delayed and reception apparently closed at 10pm. While telling us they could not find our booking, one of the person working there told us to contact hotels.com and ask for refund. We had to insist to finally get someone looking for our booking after 1 hour. On the checkout, same attitude, very impersonal and no care at all. Took 15min to be able to check out while we were the only one."
