“Room was spotless. All of the staff especially lady on front desk sorry I cannot remember her name, were amazing and so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. In fact, all the staff went above and beyond by promptly bringing us a plug in fan heater for our room when the heating wasn't functioning and when I asked for some more bottled water they brought up 4 instead of just 2. The cleaning lady who offered more clean towels as we stayed an extra night was so sweet. The breakfast lady was super……

We especially loved the breakfasts, chatting with Newton and enjoying a delicious full English breakfast along with Lehka's delicous banana bread! “just next to kings cross station and st pancras. Super conveninent with lots of foodstores nearby. Despite a small entrance, the hotel itself is really spacious. Very new and clean. Rooms are a bit dark. But overall it is really good. Love the pantry where u can serve yourself, from milk, snacks, to cake, coffee, newspaper and magazine.”

“noisy rooms... can still vividly hear people's laughter at middle of night. the drainage of water in bath tub is bad... big fly in the room... ineffective and nonfunctioning air conditioner in room... very cold room.. finally I asked for a change of another room. ”
