"Fantastic location within walking distance to the downtown. There’s also a free bus service which will take you all places in the town. The hotel is very good and we received an upgrade to a suite which was nice. The staff are really friendly and happy to assist you. Happy hour and Pasta Monday are a must.I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning in the near future."

"Love the room layout with the loft bedroom as the master suite. The location is excellent as it close to the Banff townsite but just removed enough to be peaceful. "
