We stayed here because our tour ends here, we booked for 2 extra nights. used all inclusive, super expensive for what you get. The room has a nice view above 4 floor and if you get a larger balcony, it has more room to move around. Had to call each day for maid service. Food is ok, alcohol drinks has barely any alcohol but non alcoholic drinks are good.

The cleaning could have been better over the 4 days. The shower was never cleaned, and when we needed something, they would say "I'll bring it in five minutes," but they never did. It wasn't an excellent experience, but it was okay!

The primary staff (bar, food, room service, beach service, etc) were all absolutely amazing!! We felt very welcome and well taken care of by them. When the cleaning service cleaned my room they threw away all my prescription meds. All of them. My guess is they thought the room was being vacated even though it was not. Had to file a security report. We felt the property team did not believe this happened, they ignored the gravity of the situation of all my medications being gone and me being unable to replace them at the local farmacia, and did almost nothing to help solve the issue. It was very disappointing after getting such great vibes everywhere else on the property. Won't return because of this response. We had two rooms there with a total of 6 nights. I went 4 nights without my medications which was pretty awful for me. I tried to make the bets of it though!

Selected optional all inclusive, decided to upgrade to full inclusive but the price quoted at the desk was double than advertised by expedia. They quoted the same adult price for buffets for my 3 year old child. Went to dine in one of their restaurants, our group had folks with full inclusive. They didn’t even serve my family water but served for others in the same table. After multiple tries I realized they charge money for water for non all inclusive clients. Very underwhelming experience and wont go back

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Horrible experience at Emporio. They stole my AirPods, didn’t not have functioning elevators which was a huge inconvenience for me because I had a baby stroller. When I asked to speak to a manager, they refused and the “Concierge” Alejandra Bravo just rolled her eyes.

First let me say, due to getting food poisoning from their Italian restaurant and then having to spend $380usd on their doctor to feel better and cold shower in the room, I have to give this place a bad review as they made me sick! I came completely healthy off the plane from USA and ate in the Italian restaurant upon reception's recommendation. Well the tomato sauce on the pasta, I will guess, was sitting around for many areas growing bad things in it and that is what made me terribly ill. The doctor Dr Aranza was excellent thankfully, diagnosed me correctly, and I started to feel better after the injection and pills and several more hours of sleep. Her and the staff at the gift shop who helped me buy an outfit when I felt terrible were the best people at the hotel. The cleaners were also excellent. The room had a terrific view, the air con, tv and internet were good, and the beach was beautiful. However I was scared to eat anything tasty the rest of my trip and just kept to bland food. I cannot recommend this hotel due to them poisoning me.

We stayed at Emporio Cancun with my kids and overall had a very good experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. Big shoutout to the hostess Jenifer Rangel — she was always so friendly and made sure everything was great during our stay. The only downside for us was the rule about no kids in the main pool, which we didn’t really like. Other than that, everything was really good.

Our swim-up ocean front room was not really that. It was just a room on the pool and, because of that, it had ZERO privacy - people walking just steps outside our room. Really really awkward. Would NOT recommend.

Clean room, great view. Check in,out was fast. Archaeology museum next door is really nice. If you're looking for a 'middle class' hotel on hotel row in Cancun, with pools,beach access,etc. this one ain't bad.
