「El personal es un poco frío, en las habitaciones son básicas tienen lo necesario, tienen un telévisor muy pequeño, es mejor no tener ninguno o bien algún proyector que se muestre al centro de la habitación y no esquinero como lo está la televisión. Las piscinas de aguas termales tienen un recubrimiento no muy bueno ya que la pintura se desprende y siempre el agua se veía sucia y con sedimentos lo que no es muy agradable. Our room was beautiful, and waking up to the soothing sound of the rushing river each morning was incredibly peaceful. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh tropical fruits, fresh juices, and a flavorful traditional Costa Rican breakfast. The view of the volcano from the restaurant in the morning was breathtaking....
