The only negative is that the second floor apartments are not fully carpeted which is a consideration when booking the upstairs apartment. The noise was a constant issue ”

“I didn't pay any attention to the fact that this was an efficiency apartment unfortunately because I was so stressed before leaving for my vacation. Having said that, this place was absolutely spotless, a great location, quiet, and the owner was super communicative! The beach was super close too! They provided chairs, towels, and coolers which was awesome! If I was traveling solo or maybe a lot younger with another young person, this is great value! Would definitely recommend! ”
