「This was our first Vrbo stay and I was a little nervous. Overall, the reservation was simple and the host communication was great. Gretchen reached out right away and there were really no unanswered questions. I was impressed! The place was immaculate and the location was perfect. We enjoyed it here very much. Only wish we stayed longer! Thanks again so much!」

「Cute, updated, little condo. With decent beds and plenty of everything you may need for the beach. Stephanie was quick to respond with answers to any of my questions. Very close to the beach. Only downside is the parking is extremely limited and no TVs in the bedrooms. I enjoy working from my bed with the tv on in the background. If you can avoid bringing separate vehicles, you should.」

「There was hair on the king size comforter and on the sheets. So needless to say could not sleep on that bed and a huge clump of hair that looked like someone cleaned out of their brush on the floor. And stuff all over the front of the refrigerator. Other than that it was a nice place with a great location!!! The beach access was great.」

「It is a family owned inn. It is also Adult ONLY! No kids! This was wonderful for our anniversary stay. The Inn had wine and cheese, honor system for beverages and wonderful breakfast. Walk over boardwalk to the beach and restaurants near by. We will be staying here again. 」

「The Coco Sands villa was a great place to spend a couple of nights. It was walkable to the beach. It was clean and had a 50s/retro vibe. Our only complaint were the shades on windows. Because the window shades were vertical blinds with plastic slats and they had gaps, we noticed that people driving on the street could easily see in at night. Other than that a good place to stay! 」

「Everything was as listed. Very convenient and short walk to amenities and beach access. Parking was a bit tight but totally manageable. Would definitely stay again if in area.」

「We came and went pretty quickly but the time spent at the cottage was soooo relaxing. We enjoyed the backyard. Grilled hamburgers, hung out at the outside bar, listened to music, enjoyed a fire on the cute fire pit, enjoyed meeting the neighbors staying next door. The quietness of the neighborhood was so pleasant. We walked to the beach and pier. Mandy has flowers as you walk through one part of the entrance that smell amazing. I will definitely be back. We absolutely enjoyed our short time.」
