"Great location - a 5 min walk from Grand Central and easy walk to 5th Avenue and Broadway. Modern super clean rooms - big enough for 2 people with big suitcases. Breakfast is cooked to order (vs buffet or light continental) which makes for a nice change when you get it included in your room rate."

"We spent a long weekend in Manhattan. Ideal location as we were able to walk everywhere. Just far enough away from Time Square to avoid all the people but close enough to walk over to Times Square in the afternoon and in the evening. Room was a good size. The 3 of us were very comfortable. "

"Beautiful hotel in great location across from Central Park. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with nice amenities in the bathroom. The only little couple of things were that the wifi isn't great, it would be nice to see QTips and cotton swabs in the bathroom and of course a coffee/Nespresso machine for the room. I get that they want people to pay for coffee downstairs but for almost $800 a night that begins to feel very nickely-dimey of them. Overall an excellent place to stay "

"The quality of service, has deteriorated considerably especially in front desk. The restaurant service was never good in this hotel, starting from the two lady hosts in the morning, waiters who are far from caring, absolutely indifferent and unhappy people waiters ( one time they brought me another food, something I did not order ). On the other hand, they have an impeccable house keeping service. The hotel, rooms, location all are very very good. "
