“Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed out. Hallways and the elevators smelled like an ashtray, our first room had a major tripping hazard with a sharp corner sticking out from under the bed. The blackout light didn’t cover any outside light. The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable. On top of it all, there were ants in the bathtub and there was no drain cover for the bathtub in the second room we were moved to. Very disappointing.”

“It's a good hotel for business trip. Good service, good environment. I can get a fine rest in this hotel after a whole day working.”
