We didn’t really have control over the AC but it was set to a good temperature. Everything else was perfect. The bed was so comfy and the rooms and bathroom was so nice. Planning on returning here asap

I stayed here for one night and I absolutely enjoyed it. For starters, I appreciate how central it is. There's a lot of stores and restaurants nearby and the Metro station was close as well. I also appreciate that the hotel guests get preference to go to the rooftop bar. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Breakfast had a decent variety. I would come again.

Excellent location! Kept in great condition! Beautiful virews from the rooftop bar! Incredible staff! I can mention just a few names from the breakfast buffet and rooftop bar (Lucia, Carmen, Paola and Clara with whom I had the chance to talk) however, the cleaning staff was also super polite and nice. Unfortunately I onlu retained the name of Chaimae, but they've been all great. Also the reception desk staff EVERYONE was amazing!
